Belmond teamed up with the London Philharmonic Orchestra to offer exclusive concerts at breathtaking Belmond destinations worldwide. The second of these was in Taormina, Sicily.
We spent two sun-soaked days filming with the seven LPO musicians, from walking scenes in Taormina town to rehearsals in the incredible surroundings of the two Belmond hotels. We wanted the video to feel fun and light-hearted, but also exude an elegant style that befits both brands.
This was our first project filming with the RED Gemini rigged on our Movi Pro gimbal, and it didn’t disappoint. Teamed with a remote follow focus it was a joy to operate, and combined with some aerial shots from our DJI Inspire 2 we are really pleased with the final result.

We’re proud to be part of 1% for the Planet, whose members contribute at least one percent of their annual revenue to environmental causes.
Our job involves a fair bit of overseas travel, and we wanted to use our membership to lessen our carbon footprint. Given this, we’ve chosen to donate to The Woodland Trust, who are tirelessly planting trees, bringing ancient woodlands back to life and protecting forests from decimation.
